Windblown Seagull

This beautiful seagull was braving the brisk, winter wind while standing on the cold, icy snow.
You can tell by his feathers. Yet he continued to stand and have a conversation with me while I snapped away with my camera. (Well, I kept telling him he was a beautiful bird.)
I just thought Id never seen a more perfect colouring in a seagull and when I found him on the white snow and against the blue water, I had to try and capture how perfect it was.

I love that shot, you can almost feel the crunchy snow.

what a little darling, you captured him beautifully, especially those wind-ruffled feathers
