Default Bumble Bee.

Photographers Comments
Caught this snap of a bumble bee warming up in the spring sunshine last year with my old fuji s5600 camera.

Hi Bebbs. Considering the very difficult task that you took on, I think you did fairly well. Getting the right exposure, had to be very difficult, with the very white background and the very dark bee. I think that the focus could have been a little sharper. I would clone out those 2 bright, white spots on the back. This picture, still must be rewarding, for it was a difficult shoot.

Nice shot. I think the bee is a little to dark though. I don’t know if you use any photo editing program or not, but I use Photoshop elements 4. I played with this shot and with just a quick adjustment with the shadows/ highlights adjustment it brought out a lot more detail in the colors on the bee. I think it would make this a great shot. Art
