Hi Bebbs,
it's pretty difficult to tell, but it looks like it may need a little straightening, the fence post looks to be leaning a bit to the left, but I suppose you can't be sure that they are straight either.

I would not be supprised if it was out a bit as i was walking back to the car and took a quick snap so may be un-even.
