Photographers Comments
I live in the suburbs of Perth, but the bush is only minutes from my doorstep. What else can one ask for? Taken on my way home from visiting my brother today.

Let Andy come and stay with you so he too can get wonderful shots like this!!
Really nice Claire. Really liking your stuff here. The tones are great, a touch muted but works so much for the better. the trees are positioned just perfect although i would have tried to keep the op of the main tree in if possible. very clean and crisp. Great work!!

Hi Claire,
i like this one,i think the colour works well as it's such a dry looking area, but i do agree with andy about the top and would have tried to keep the tree bottom left in shot...

Hi Claire, nice subject here, those old trees are just great with nice colors throughout the image. As already mentioned you needed to keep the top of the main tree in frame, plus I would have moved slightly to the left so that you could separate the main tree from the next one on the left. But a nice image anyway well done.

Thanks guys. I was a little concerned I could not get all of the main tree in the frame. Had a barbwire fence in front of me and a sand fire break I was tryin not to include in the picture. There was also somthing to the left I didn't want included.
Might try a bit of Ps work and taper that top branch on the main tree so it fits in the frame, then clone out that tree on the left
Many thanks for your comments....Claire

Hi Claire .. the colours in this are magnificent, lovely comp. and yes think that just might work for you .. doing a bit of ps work on it .. Nice clouds ... Isn't it terrible when you are trying to compose a photo and things just don't work out. Such as fences in the wrong spot .. etc ..
Cheers
Else

Excuses, Excuses. LOL. I know what you mean. You should be able to taper and finish that branch off without too much trouble, which would then keep the whole tree in the frame.
