A pair of Rufous hummingbirds appeared at the feeder today. Was I prepared for this at all- of course not but the camera happened to be there so tried a few shots. This does have noise and I was shooting through a window and had no time to make proper adjustments on the camera and it was fairly dark- lucky that I got anything. Since the Hummingbirds have been an elusive subject for me I do see that there might be a glimmer of hope that just maybe I can get a really good image of these fellows one of these days. I sure hope so....

Oh! keep trying Mary, I've heard just how hard these little guys are to capture.
I think that you're going to need some electronic help, from Radio Shack and a friend with a soldering iron.....maybe!
