Wow this is amazing. The water, buildings and sky are fantastic. I keep looking and looking at it. Great shot mate.
Only thing I am not sure of is if the horizon is a little on the tilt?
Not sure, not an easy one to judge regarding that.

This is produced from a single RAW file in Photomatix, then tone mapped and processed as normal in PS.
