Default Sunrise over River Usk

Photographers Comments
This shot was taken about a week ago on my way to work, The sun had not quite risen but the sky had a nice warm feel to it. And the early morning mist was still low in with the trees.

Very good picture Barry the glow in the sky sets it off nicely I also like the fact that you didn’t centre the river.
Bryan.

Hi Bryan, This was taken from a bridge, so I did take quite a few from various parts of the bridge, this is the one that I preferred.

Hi Barry, a very beautiful shot, love the softness the early morning light is giving the shot, the mistyness of it and the composition. Well Done

Thanks Lorraine, I only manage to do sunrises on my way to work, for some reason I always seem to miss them on my day off .

Hi Paul, thanks for your comments (luckily enough for me I do not have to be at my job for a particular time, so if anything comes up like a photo opportunity then I will take it). I did in fact crop a bit off the top and about a 1/3rd off the bottom to make it Letterbox and entered it into a photocomp where it took 4th place.
