Wow looks like a Dave Hill photo mate, almost painting like. Works for me. Nice to see someone pushing the boundries and exploring techniques.

I'm finding that the texturing of the background is overpowering the dog. The dog is beautiful..see alot of personality there. I think I recognize that look, "The only reason that I'm sitting, is because I was told to"

Great job and nice to see good results on other subject other than buildings, (not that im knocking buildings, im in ore of all the HDR work here).
