You did get the look Rog. Did you use the Fracalius filter?

sure works for me...like reading poetry..have one quibble, however. I'm finding that there is too much white at the top; draws the eye too quickly to the top of the image and out. I think it still works, if you crop it right off.

Thanks Paul, Steve, Fay.

You're right Paul it has had the fractalius treatment.

No trade secret Steve, just messing with layers and opacity after the filter which takes an age!!

I was quite pleased with this as it turned what was to me a mediocre shot into something not bad.

I'll try to lower the opacity in just the top Fay and see how it goes.

Thanks for your comments though, appreciate your time

Regards

Rog

Love it Rog. Fractal effect worked very well indeed mate.
The light parts at the front/bottom of the image help lead you in and get a feeling of depth.

very trippy Rog, been out with the fairies at the bottom of your garden..? my pc crashed a while back and TC-Os (The Complete Orbit) crashed as well so you have much sympathy from the brotherhood of man hugs... if that doesnt make you smile a visit from lorraine will have to be in order....lol
I sometimes wonder how far to go in filters but you have certainly pulled this one off, nice work

Did make me smile Andy and thanks for the comiserations, I guess the only positive point was that I learnt I should back things up more often....hindsight is a wonderful thing

I only hope I can get all of the software, filters and actions etc back on without causing myself too much grief......

Ah well just got to nip out and see how the fairies are...

Cheers

Rog
