Default White house on Morecambe Bay

Photographers Comments
Taken with my snappy Olympus couple of years ago, this was the first picture I played with in Photoshop.

NIce shot Julia. As Deb said I love the colours.
I love the whole image, but the sky at the top is knocking its balance a bit for me personally. I scrolled down the page so that I could not see the break in the clouds and it looked a bit better.
A really minor point to a fabulous image. Very well done.

Hi Julia...Beautiful light and colours, love the reflections too and the little house...It looks a great place to shoot, agree with TCO about the clouds also I would maybe crop a portion off the right so that the house is more to the right of the shot if your pixels will allow of course, If not ,I still like it.

A a damm good play you had too the house is fantastic almost looks like sterling silver, just love the hills, the snow and the colour cast. After seeing Ansel Adams shot Moonrise, Hernandez, New Mexico, 1941 I'm always looking for split cloud layers and am drawn to them.

Thanks for sharing

Alistair

Thanks guys. Quite agree re the chopping off of the top cloud layer and the right hand positioning - I had done this on one edit then uploaded the wrong version - what a fool!
Cheers, Julia
