Walking Willy I saw the flock of robins that migrate here this time of year. They only stay for a day or two. When I got home I grabbed the Nikon and long lens and snapped a couple of photos. The sky was not the best today, but they only chance I had to capture a Robin here...

Hi Carol,
This looks a breed apart from the squat little red breasted fella we call a robin here in the UK. Well composed shot, some areas appear to be slightly over sharpened in PS, however under the circumstances a good snap.

Wow Carol, I don't think I've ever seen a flock of robins, that must be quite a sight to see. This one is similar in shape to the one's we get here, ours seem to be around most of the year though.

A good capture although I have to agree with Phil about some of the areas looking a bit over sharpened......or could that be due to the zoom factor.....I don't know. Either way I like it

Thanks Phil, Else, Diane, and Ken for taking time to look and comment.. Phil, this was taken with my long lens and then I had to crop it and enlarge some.. I was a little disappointed in the focus, but still thrilled I got a photo of them. No sign of them this morning so guess they are on their way.. Diane I agree with you and Phil, and Else it was late afternoon and cloudy all day.. Thanks Ken, They are probably on their way to see you...
