Great shot. only thing i would add is the buildings are a tad too dark for my liking but great shot none the less. sky is really good and the boat exp is perfect

Nice image with good lighting and composition. But I agree with Rex about the top of the mask. You may be able to increase the size of the canvas and then clown some more sky on to the top of the image.
