For me the framing is out on this one are you using the bridge as a frame for the water? if so I would have liked a tighter crop on the tunnel or are you wanting to show us the bridge itself ? if so a wider shot might have been better. Also the Tuft of grass centre frame distracts from the water and the bridge. Exposure and Colour is fine though.

I was a bit snookered with the framing of this, there are road sings on all sides
