This is usually a trickle, however after really heavy rain it was in full flow. In colour and afternoon light it was just very brown so converted to Black and White to give it atmosphere. First go at capturing blurry water as well!

Hi Dennis, you have caught the movement of the water well. And i think that the monochrome effect has done this picture credit, I'm sure that the colour version would not have worked as well.

Hi dennis nice pic captures a great moment. Only thing for me is it looks a bit dark some of the detail lost I had a play in PS hope you like....

Nik Have a look at this, used a gradient mask on a levels layer to lighten the right side of the pic only and retain the same exposure on the water side. Have re-calibrated the monitor as well
Used the book i bought with second place in the Xmas competition to learn how to do the layers in elements. Hope its paying off!! Didnt know what a layer was 3mths ago!
