I can imagine this to be not the easiest Photo to take, but it is looking clear and swish ... I know nothing of Fleurescent. All the best!

Did you have a star filter on your lens?

Thanks Brian. Yes, it was difficult because of the lighting. Leaving the white balance on Auto made the snow brown. So I was trying different settings since I didn't have a 2.8 lens. I liked the blue hue I ended up with.

Yes, Bryan, I did have a star filter. Had a lot of fun with it that day.
