I went walking yesterday up to Scout scar near kendal in the English lake district yesterday and as usual the weather and light was not the best, and not having my tripod with me I decided to use the auto ISO feature on my D70s, Ive never used this before and dont like to use higher ISOs normally due to noise and detail loss etc but this one didnt turn out too bad and a few others IMO, had to play with it a bit in PS though to get what I consider the best out of it but still looks good to me, this one automatically shot in ISO 1600.
Hope you like it.

Hiya Else, unfortunately in England we don't get the largest chunk of good weather, if we had to wait for it you'd never get out LOL.
This is a beautiful place to walk, this was only a 5 mile walk, and nothing too strenous ..honest LOL, I will come back again on a nice day.
Happy new year to you too Else and yours too.
