Nice one Jess that is superb, my missus would have been about 3 streets away!
especially love the detail in the wings its very hard to get shots like this i know from personal efforts! |

Thanks. I was lucky to have caught it when it seemed to be sun bathing. It was my little sister that spoted it, if she could have ran three strees she would have but she had to settel for the safty of the house.

Do you have macro tubes? Or does the kit lens focus really close? |

No macro tubes needed not that i think it would need them lol. i just used a standard lens 18-55 mm
