Another beauty...but in line with Phototopix sub-rule 32a; I would have cropped out the offending building work.

the building next door to the free trade inn on St Lawrence road, just at the mouth of the Ouseburn

Nice one Neil, i know Magpie was having a laugh with his comment you couldnt crop anything for this composition to work the river wall comes in spot bottom left and leads you through the image. I might have been tempted to select the building work, mask it and darken it a bit to take your eye off the 2 bright lights. Might not work as they are a bit bright. But overall a real quality shot for me.
