Red always works well against the green foliage, but I feel this image could had been improved by moving slightly to the right so that the one flower head that you have in focus and sharp, had a green background and not a soft red flower behind it.

if i moved right Barry the garden fence would have spoilt the shot, i couldnt move left as i was leaning against said fence! I know what you mean composition wise though thanks both

Hi Dennis;Nice image agree with Barry about red against green but there seems to be too much distaction away from the main flower thats in focus especially the two buds above right whch are also in focus.

Cheers Len was almost lying on floor against a fence to keep either the fence or the top of the garden out of shot, but as always value all of your comments.

Hi OTPM, Hey .. you are joining me in the garden again ...lol .. Like your choice of names ... Find that at times it really is difficult to get that perfect shot in the garden .. lots of obstructions and so many other plants etc .. Good composition ..
Cheers

Never get bored seeing fuschias, beautiful flowers, the way these were designed it had to be a female who done it, so intricate and delicate looking
