Shot at a place called Castlerigg stone circle in the English lake district near Keswick.
Shot whilst out walking this summer.

Stunning colours, particularly the clouds, you must have a wonderful cloud folder, or if not I’d start one with these. It looks like an interesting location, I’ll have to try and get across, maybe when there is some snow.

Hi there Alistair, thanks for dropping in to my gallery and admiring the view LOL.
It was a great day for the sky, and had a good ratio of good shots too, the light was pretty good I reckon that day.
I would like to get there for sunrise, I bet it would be great shooting then, thanks for your great comments mate.

Nice one mate,
was up at castlewrigg campsite for a week last year and got up early in the morning to shoot the circle.
Alas it was quite misty so had to wait for it to burn off a bit so photo's were not very good,will stick one on for you to have a look at....
