My effort for today ..we went back to Elgin Park .. and this is the Nicomekl River that runs by it .. Paddling Up Stream March 22, 2009 .. As you can see had a few nice clouds around.

Those mountains are just incredible Else!! I just cant get over it! I really must visit just to see them for myself in real life!! Not sure i would want to be in that boat! It would be a bit cold if you went over board!!! Nice composition leaving more room in front of the boat and wonderful blues!

Hi Zoe with 2..'s .... There are lots of mountains around here .. and I have hiked to the top of one of them .. Called "The Lions" ... that was years ago .. we were told it was an easy hike .. lol ... took me about 1 week to recover .. lol. Have to laugh about it .. and I should dig out some of the photos and scan them. No . canoes are not the most stable type of boat to be in .. and if u will notice they do have on life jackets. Will pm .. you later today.
