Sometimes its about capturing the moment. Some might say this lacks subject, too much open space, crop it. For one who knows, the subject is a winers day, wind, 1,000 tons of sand blowing across the stuary.perhaps youd have to have been there

Really nice shot, I think a longer exposure time would have exagerated the effect you were going for and again some PS work to bring out the colour would make this a great image well done
