Nice silky blur on the water, but the rest of the image seems to lack contrast.

Hi, i love the effect of the water, would agree with Catus Jack re a little more contrast in the rest of the shot. Am also wondering if it would make for a better shot to crop a little more from the top, the bright background is a little distracting. Hope this helps and you re-post

I too really like the water but think it's a bit to bright.
What about trying it a bit more black & white rather than the sepia tone it appears to have????
