welcome back, its been a while since you've been posting

Nice, as all ways!, i like the separation from the sky achieved in PP makes it really pop and the sharpness is top notch, i wish i could get my 14-24mm on a full frame, perhaps one day

Hi guys! Don't worry, i've not abandoned Phototopix - just not really been home much to post anything. This was taken at the weekend while we were up in Aviemore for a half marathon. No, don't panic, i wasn't running! My girlfriend was a volunteer at the physio/massage station, while i kept myself busy snapping the event.

So, Mr Cook, you too have been away. I've been on the third outer quadrant of Xetros 5 taking moonbeam shots of naked galaxy girls. What have you been doing in Glasgow?

I lke this shot. There are some great colours around at the moment, and you have captured them well in this shot. Love the dark sky. Dark skies do it for me.

Great colors, but I really like the dramatic sky. It really adds an interesting punch.

Hi Paul

Super shot, captures the mood so well. Let me know if you would like to get some shots of the Lower Findhorn Gorge up here near Aviemore which at this time of year is fantastic as parts of the Darnaway Forest are untouched for 2000 years, there is plenty of good subject! All the best Jim
