When we were in Alaska, we took a helicopter ride up to and landed on Meade Glacier outside of Skagway. I was lucky enough to ride up front with the pilot and was able to get some interesting shots. I know the quality may not be the best as there were moisture drops on the windows, but I like this shot as we approached the glacier.

Just a bit too white, need to bring out the detail if possible. and lose the aerials! very difficult to expose for this kind of shot the camera can be fooled very easily, and through glass as well. Our resident daredevil Barry would have hung under the cockpit to get a better viewpoint! LOL Glad you didnt mind the tweak!

Hi Fran, helicopters are great, I love them. I have tried to fly one once manage to hover for about a minute then made a complete mess of it and pilot took over. Anyway these big glass windows do collect the moister which does not help our photography, but you did well to get this image, I think that Dennis's improvements have made your image better.
