from an old farm girl...I love this...sharp..lots of detailings, right from the topknot, down to his tippy toes. Like that we can see the whites of his eyes.
Even though I came from the farm, as a little one I was afraid of these lumbering beasts.....I still have nightmares and they look almost exactly like this. I'm up on the top rail of a very high fence and they are still able to reach up to me....eeeeeeeeeeeeeeks....huh..oh, I just woke up in time.

The whole thing looks a bit cut and pasted together to me, especially where the horizon meets the sky...
Just an observation.

I have had to come back to this shot about a dozen times to make my mind up whether i like it or not, and i have to tell myself, to want to come back that much there must be something drawing me to it and i can only come to the conclusion that its so different, the 3D effect, the detailing and even as Merv states that cut/paste feel to it gives it that X factor appeal in my mind..whatever has gone on here...i love it.

There isn't actually any cut and paste going on here (or at least, not in any obvious way. The tone of the sky was altered slightly before the HDR processing, but it is the 'original' sky. I wanted to create this kind of effect to give the scene a more comic feel

I love this! Good job with the HDR. You've created exactly what you set out to achieve, the comic feel and the 3D effect. Colours are great. Love the whimsical feel on this one. Going in my favourites!

Yet again another corker mate. My only ickle crit is to see a little contrast boost on the grassy areas - bull n sky look great, but to me the grass and distant hill look a little under contrast - hope you not mind me saying mate
