Hey there, my name is Rich, I'm 21 and just stumbled across this place and thought I may as well get involved. I'm studying towards a BA in photography which mainly focuses upon the fine art and documentary aspects of photography, which has been a bit of a shock to my system as I initially started my 'career' as a skateboard photographer and as you can imagine, the thought process is a smidge different.

Hi Rich, and welcome to the forum. just get involved and I'm sure that you pick up a few tips to help you on your way to your BA, and I'm sure that you will be able to offer crits and help out here as well. We will look forward to seeing some of your skateboard photography soon.

Hey buddy..Welcome to the site mate.

I don't think we have had many skateboard pics yet so i'm looking forward to seeing some of these (i'm an old school skater from the late 70's).

Don't skate anymore..too old...too fat

Plenty of it down here in Newquay.

...anyway!

Warm welcome from me. There are a ton of different togs on this site. Its friendly and there is some banter between the regulars which is all done with a smile and a wink. Great place to learn and great place to help others that may need guidance.

Welcome Rich, just been watching Meck ft Dino feels like home.. awesome video and top tune so am def in mood for some serious skate shots..enjoy the site and share some uni stuff as well..we're very gentle!!
