Hi everyone i am Norman alias Norlynks. I am from Northumbria the photography mecca of all England. I am a Nikon man though and through, I love landscapes, seascapes, nature architecture, and i am just starting into macro, i will do anything except portraits.

Hi Norman, welcome to the site from a new friend, thing is your to far north for the mecca (North Yorkshire) and to far south in the alphabet for the camera (Canon)

If we keep this up, we’ll soon have enough members in the real north to have a get together.

Hi Alistair we have hit Ribblehead viaduct, Fountains abbey, and been to Scarborough, Whitby, Saltburn, Tees bay and Chatsworth in the PDNP

lol (loud guffaws!) i do use a D2x with 17-55 2.8 for work which does exactly what is says on the tin...
but i will always return to my first love, all 4 of them!
