Hi Paul, and thanks for the warm welcome. I will glady show you some of my HDR images. I use Dynamic Photo HDR for my ultra contract images, but have used Photomatix too. I don't think the Photoshop HDR plug-in has come into its own as yet. Saying that, it could probably be cos I not really used it or tried to learn it!!! LOL

I've not heard of Dynamic Photo HDR, goes to show how much I've looked into it so far! I'll try and take a look at that when I get a chance.
My eyes will be peeled for those images

Paul, here is a link to the Dynamic Photo software. If you not buy it, it will put a small text on the lower left hand side, and I think some of the options are unobtainable, but you still get some great results
Dynamic Photo Software
Highly recommended....
Enjoy
ps: Am nearly up to me ten posts before I can post some images... just hope you not dissapointed... LOL

I've just this moment installed it so just need images now. I may actually take the camera to work this week as there is a lovely man made lake nearby. I'll post the results and I may post the output from photomatix as a comparison.

Quick tip for you, Paul. You don't actually need to take three seperate images with different exposure settings. Take your normal capture, and then in lightroom or cs2/3 adjust the exposure to -2 the 0 then +2 (remember to reset the setting each time though), then import the images into Dynamic Photo, or whatever you want to use.
BTW: Unfortunatly, I cannot work out how to upload images.... maybe I have not posted enough yet.... LOL

Ahh nice one I'll dig out some old raw images then. I'll still take the camera to work though, any old excuse
Regarding the uploads, you'll find the upload links just above the search box in the gallery. You have 6 posts so you should hopefully be able to see it. There is a process that runs in the background that adds people to the gallery group, maybe that hasn't run yet.
I'll check just after I've submitted this post.
