Otter Hole sump

Another image from our Caving trip last weekend. This is my wife sat down awaiting for the sump to open so that we can get through to the other side to start exploring, the water level drops quite quickly we only had to wait about 1/2 hour until a air gap appeared. We could then get through, but had to make sure that we were back before the tide came back in and closed off the sump. Again not a particularly good image but it did record the moment, as I only had one remote flashgun and those walls really soak up any light.

Barry, this was taken with a point and shoot, in very difficult circumstance, you couldnt have chosen any other angle from what i can see. Just the thought of getting in that water would fill me with dread and a real fear i wouldnt get back! May have been tempted to silhouette your good ladies head completely to match the rest of her. Again, a good shot under the circumstances and available resources. By the way you and mrs Barry are Barking!
