My pet redback spider......Ah! Josie, how could you?
Now I'm originally from WA and we used to have to have cranks like that also. One old man who lived in the same town as me had about half a dozen in his bedroom, and they made their home on his ceiling, and ofcourse he would feed them on flys etc., naturally he was very proud of his collection. And then without warning one came down a bit him while he was sleeping.
You know it's a funny thing they have them in NSW Louise took a picture of one, but I've never seen them in Vic. I just thought that the river must have stoped them.
And......wait for it Fay took a picture of a Black Widow in Canada.
I know that they are in the States but I would thought that Canada would have been just too cold for them.
Anyway he sure looks comfortable there? with all the greenery.
But it looks like he has two red eyes? What happened there?
Oh! well have fun with it.
Cheers.....Joseph

Great shot Josie, that is one big spider, the wife don't like spiders so I wouldn't be able to have one as a pet.
