Photographers Comments
Spotted this whilst traveling in pursuit of my employment today. Its a breakdown truck complete with a little crane on the back, but looks like its pulling days are over!

Been looking at it for ages and Pete is right, once you mentioned the little crane i would like to have seen it. Other than that nice shot of an unusual subject

I like it. Colours and tones give it a really gritty feel

Thanks Pete, Denny and Maureen. I think this has US heritage - there was an American air force site pretty close by (closed now though). I didn't try to get a pic of the crane because it was partly grown over by the bushes behind, but I might have another go on the way home tomorrow... I took another couple of shots I might post them out of interest.

Cheers,
Peter.

Great shot...I like the mood you set here....I wonder what squashed the roof? This truck certainly has a few tales to tell!

I hope your pursuit of my employment has been rewarded !

For those who may be interested please find attached some additional pics

Perhaps someone can advise how to put pictures into a post so they can be viewed as larger images?

Peter
