Default Boat in Window

Photographers Comments
Spotted this in StAbbs on the east coast of Scotland. Not easy to take as there was less than three feet between this building and its neighbour, so I had to wedge myself in in a rather awkward way to try and get a shot of it!

This is superb! I would love to have seen it more straight on, but given the space you had to work with you did well. Great textures and light and the subject is interesting. Great find!

Looks like framed picture, shame you couldnt have lost a few pounds and got the shot straight on. Have a word with Barrys missus to see how she gets in and out tight spots! (see cave pictures) Nice One Peter

I've signed up for weightwatchers and will try again in around, well probably about five years! Saw Barry's post, so breathing in is the secret?? Thanks for the comments from both of you. (shouldn't we be out cutting the grass or something??)

Great image Pete and well done you for spotting it and managing to squeeze into that space to take it. Great textures and colours and like the way the boat is at a tilt

Hi Peter, well spotted, this is a superb image. I like the colours, cobwebs and ageing window frame.

Breathing in is the technique . But you could also distort the image in Photoshop to get that straight on look.

Well done mate. This would not look out of place in one of our local galleries. Agree with the above comments, love the colour.
