A good solid shot of an imposing building .... sort of thing they would use for publicity material. You've managed to balance the lighting in the fountains with the much darker building behind ... which is good. Only thing I'd suggest is a bit of light in the sky. Night shots usually look better with a little of the dying light of the set/setting sun still showing IMHO

What a heap of tack! (The building, I mean, not the photo) Good subject but I think you needed to be there just after sunset to get bit more light in sky, as previously said. Needed a bit more depth of field (higher F number)- you had it on f/4 - problem is you would need longer exposure than 1/13s, so would also have needed a tripod. Difficult to get right, isn't it? Nice try.

Now I quite like the darker sky, to me it makes the building stand out, although the left hand side is little dark, the fountains have worked really well, a good compromise between being too dark or burning out the fountains.
