The exif is not showing the exposure details however it was shot in Raw 3 exposures bracketing of +2 to -2 @ 5sec f16.

Great shot Phil although i'd prefer to see it slightly warmer. nice composition and well balanced. sorry but i missed the attached pint on the thread! lol!

Thanks Andy,
the original was very saturated in colour. I did desaturate the colour in P'shop on completion of HDR treatment. This printed well, but does not show its true richness as a web save. Maybe an alternate version will be needed for this.
