You have really done well with this. The tree is perfectly paced in the frame, and has been silhouetted nicely. Personally, i would have perhaps darkened down the highlighted part of the sky heading out of the top/middle part of the frame (if you know where i mean), as this would have led to a nice 'natural' framing of the shot.

I am not keen on the frame around the photograph, as its possibly a little too imposing, but thats all personal taste. As far as the photograph itself goes, its something you should be proud of - i know i would be!

Very nice composition - restful. I see it is only f5.6. I would probably have upped that - you had it on shutter priority. Did you do that because you wanted the silhouette effect? The border is OK, but I think it needs to be a little lighter as the image itself is quite dark. A nice shot, well done.
