Well think that I must of retaken photos about 150 times .. lol .. did it yesterday .. none of the photos were right .. so back to the drawing board and many more photos today. I have found that with the type of lens that I have no little window at the top to tell u about the focal point. So had to keep on redoing it .. until I got it right. I am not sure if there is anywhere in the camera that I could check that .. I was born blonde .. lol ... It was a fun anyway ..

Hi Else, i struggled with my new camera and focal lengths then realised its the scale on the lens you need to look at. it doesnt show anywhere in the viewfinder. Just googled your camera and it does have replacement lenses. Think its the EOS400D over here. So have a look for the scale on the outside of the lenses.

Anyway, difficult challenge, i would have just shot a passing car! like the reflections, i might have got down lower and got more of an angle level with the cars. No right or wrong though, its all subjective.

I cant be blonde i have no hair!

Hi Dennis. . Thanks for stopping by and commenting .. I find that with the lens there isn't really a good mark on the different focal points. I had set it at a mark just over 24 .. which I had hoped it would be 24 ... NO. .. lol wasn't it was 28 ... lol .. so take a bunch more and now what I am doing . is moving it along .. putting it in mid point of 24 .. hopefully .. that is the 24 focal point...lol ..then moving it to one end of the 24 and then other end .. and .. I am guessing the one in the middle was right .. then I had to go through each photo and read the EXIF to find which is the right one to process. But .. it is all a learning process .. isn't it.
