Very creative thinking...the wonders of the mind. I wouldn't have thought if this in a million years and that in itself is a wonder. So were you peeking at the neighbor, under the guise of being studious. Somehow, I'm finding myself really liking what's going on in the upper right; don't know if that good or bad for the comp. but I like it. I'm quite 'font stupid', so this looks like alot of work to me.

Thanks Fay,
Yes, I took a few shots of this fence and didn't notice the figure till I got home and looked at them. Takes away from the effect, I think.
However.
Actually this is the view from my front window. I was thinking of the theme as I looked out the window and saw the books in the fence as if in a bookcase, in my mind. I walked over with my camera so I could get it in the perameters of the focal distance. The rest is photo editing.
Thanks for your comments, Fay.

When I read "tongue in cheek" and saw the image load from the top, I thought you meant trees being used to make books.
Then I saw the titles on the fence slats, very creative.
So this picture almost has a double meaning to me now, great imagination there, well done.

That's so funny Merv, "tongue in cheek" vs trees, wish I had thought of it, but glad it is represented in the image anyway...good thinking, glad you like it.
Thanks Steve...Tolkien? Who's Tolkien? I only read photography books! LOL

LOL Lisa, too funny! I wish I was as organized and neat as you sound. But, unfortunately, this is what my bookcase would look like.

I saw this challenge but couldn't think what to do and it was raining outside so that put me off too. Like the creative thinking that went into this, great work
