Waxy flower no 2

I had another go at taking photos of my waxy flower this time using different settings in order to try and improve dof. Used natural light through a window. I think its an improvement on yesterdays.

I really am quite astounded by the beauty of this flower..both pictures are lovely in their own ways. Do you know how long this bloom will last?....not so sure about the pink in the frame; I think that it should be thinner, if you are really in love with the idea. (pencil thin)
