Hi Diane .. I use mostly natural light .. on the back deck after the sun moves around . there is a shady spot .. and I set things up there and I find the light it quite good. Other then that I have a large flashlight high powered one that I put a coffee filter over and use that .. for the smaller objects that is for the inside .. ... lol . Happy Easter ..

Hi Else, I'm so pleased to see that I'm not the only Heath Robinson type photographer here!
Most of my natural light shots are done in the afternoon in the lounge...usually on the floor as you can see.......I will have to find a nice shady spot outside as you suggest. I use a study lamp for small things but have never thought of using a coffee filter to diffuse the light LOL Thats one I'm going to have to try!
