Default my three girls

Photographers Comments
I was looking for a way to get a picture of my three girls into one frame. I came across this idea in a book I bought. My oldest daughter is expecting in Aug. and I am thinking of using this idea with multiple cubes. I want to make them like baby blocks and have pictures of the new baby on one side and letters on another that spell out its name. Any critiques or sugestions would be appreciated so I can plan it out in advance.

Nice idea mate,
know your probably only experimenting but the top photo is rather wonky throwing the shape out.

Having used cubes before myself heres a little help...copy this Jpg and use it as a template or of course make your own.

Then all you have to do each time you wan't a block is select a colour with the magic wand, cut/paste into/free transform...then hey presto a cube.

Have a play with different shapes, but i think for what your doing the regular square cube maybe the best way to go....

Hope i haven't over stepped the mark here but thought it might help....

Regards Steve (Mello).

EY UP Art,
an easier way to do it is to select all of your pic move it into the temp then free-transform it using the different shades of grey as a guideline...sorry mate only just remembered,it's been a while since i did this.....

i think this looks a great idea, think i'd prefer a plain white or black background but that's just personal preference.

Thanks Steve. You have not over stepped the mark. They will be very helpfull. I have played around with trying to get the cube right but no matter what I did it did not look quite right. I new that once I got it I could make a template for future use. I figured if I posted it here someone might have a suggestion. I was lucky as I got even better then a suggestion. I wil have fun playing around with them. It is also nice to have different templates to try. Art

Hi Lisa I was not sure what I wanted to do with the background so I appreceate your input. If you use the templates I would love to see what you do with them. Maybe I can get even more ideas to try. Art
