Hi Michael, I come bearing bad news. I know extremely little about Photomatrix but this didn't work well. The colors hav turned out milky; I love to see your flag crisp. there are obvious splotches of pinkish stripes. Compositionally, I think it would have worked better using portrait format, so that this flag could have a little more room, top and bottom. Some one knowing more about HDR can help you with the finer points

The problem has been caused by taking 3 shots of a moving subject.
I think it would have been better to shoot 1 with a polarizer, retaining the blue sky and boosting saturation at the same time to make the red really pop. Or take 1 in RAW, make 3 (or more) files with a range of exposure compensation and then apply the Photomatrix treatment.

See Barrys shot here...
Red Train in USA
...for a red and white subject jumping out of a scene with a blue sky, using a polarizer.

This is why I posted the photo so that I could learn Fay, Thanks Merv I see what you are saying. I am going to learn lots from this site and that is what I am looking for.
Again Thanks for the help... Time to go on a filter hunt and see what I can find to add to my collection.
