Hi Shiela, certainly a different type of shot. Love the grain detail in the wood and around his nose Not so much "who lives in a hose like this" but more of "who has a nose like this" lol

You are spot on with the focus on the nose! I love the 'echo' of the shape of the hole in the knot in the wood too. Lovely capture, well seen and captured

Simple, effective. What would have really made it for me would be to see an eye to accompany the nose.

Actually, you do see a bit of his eye, but I agree that the whole eye would have been a bonus.

A little bird told me that “Rocky’s Nose” has been chosen by Kodak to be picture of the day on Mar 30th and will be displayed in Times Square, New York City, every few minutes.
