I would be tempted to crop out the foreground water, starting at the bottom of the first right pillar, that creates a great lead in line. Also there seems to be some distraction (cable maybe?) on the right of the tallest building just needs a cloning. other than that small detail the intrest is brill and that sky is just fantastic
