Spent the day with Len and Alan (Rocking Magpie) in Newcastle - had an excellent time (thanks you two really enjoyed it).

It was Alan that spotted these kids with their skateboards, and he went over and asked if we could photograph them.

This is my attempt (first time I done this sort of thing.. LOL)

well; it's alright...but perhaps you should have cropped out the right hand side and posted it in mono! hahahahahaha

Nice to see the riders face with a expression of concentration, well taken, looks like Alan found you some good photo opportunity's.

Cheers Barry - glad you liking this one - as said earlier, was first time of doing this type of photography, so am going to put this down as beginners luck... LOL

Alan found us some great locations and his knowledge of the area was second to none! We also took in a few photo/art galleries while we were there too.

Am going to try and do some more of this type of shooting whenever the occasion arises

Yes he did! His pal was filming in a very professional looking video camnera so expect to see it on YouTube. Probably under the title of 'Newcastle Law Courts' or something similar.
