Much prefer it in colour. Do you use a tripod?
I like your avatar by the way. Scammel?

Hi Charlie, I still think I prefer the B&W. This looks a bit anemic to me, I did not use a tripod here, I was playing with a Fuji S9500, which I am thinking of buying. Definitely a Scammell in avatar, why is it everyone notices the Scammell and not the handsome young man in front??? Did you drive one?
Thanks for commenting.

I am old enough to have worked in the woods when ex army 4x4s were the work horses. Matadors being the favoured ones.Did come across the odd Scammell among some of the old boys collections of "relics".
My old boss who sadly died last year was a great steam engine man. Fowlers being his engine. He had 5 of them plus all sorts of other interesting machines.
As to your shot! I still prefer the colour but it would not do if we all thought the same.

Got to admit I am a "relic" myself. Can see myself at vehicle shows with an old Lister engine popping away, while I sit back with a fridge of cool beers. lol

Ach it is a fine way to pass a summer weekend.
I am the proud owner of a Massey Ferguson 35 of 1959 vintage. She was used daily till two weeks ago. I will have a wee trip with her maybe once a week though.

At least once a week I hope. Keep promising my good lady I am going to buy a Scammell Explorer to try to put her into a good mood, but that doesn't work either.
