Took on industrial estate today and converted to Black and white as it seemed to have more impact.

Been meaning to stop for weeks, could see from main road so went round and took a few shots they are actually mostly red but in colour didnt look so good

great image denny, it really does evoke the war of the worlds feeling!

i would prefer it a bit punchier so the sky was totally blown, just another take on it, not saying yours is bad lol

Did you konw that if the frsit and last letrtes in a word are kpet in the same oredr, the rset can be meixd up, yet you wlil stlil be able to raed it pferclety

LOL just did edit in LR2 based on e-mail! i upped the blacks as well as the exposure. Added the colour one as well.

thats more like, it would look good on a white matte, it but your losing quite a lot of detail in the dark areas, i upped the fill light to compensate

Like this just backed the black a gnats and upped the fill light

Cheers John, These are about a mile from tipton where Maureen lives near Darlaston. I have looked at them for weeks but during the week its more awkward to stop on this estate as its very busy.
