Hi Steve, I like this, nice and colourful and that wide angle lens has given it a good angle of view. Fantastic sky although I find that black cloud a bit too square (nothing that you could do about that one thou). But still a nice image.

i like this a lot, so should denny btw
the angle is great the colours very vivid like barry said,
the black cloud does emphasise the blown out sky to the right, might want to blend some clouds in there, then again you might not LOL

Thanks everyone.
I'd not noticed the blown out sky.
I might get round to tinkering with it.
Regards,
Steve

I find you cant have everything, when faced with extremes of dark and light something gives, the boat is spot on. Unless you HDR it, that might sort it.

I've not got into the HDR thing yet.
I've plenty to learn with taking the shot & then using the basics of my software (The Gimp) before taking the plunge into more advanced areas.
I've read a tutorial on it, and it seems straight forward, just requires practice.
And of course, if I did learn it I'd be tempted to re-do loads of my photographs, and I'd bee in even more trouble with the wife if I spent more time "faffing" with photos.
Regards,
Steve
