Thanks very much for the lovely comment Bev. Really pleased you like it.

Thanks Paul. I've uploaded the right one now. You'll probably all hate this one LOL

OK, we're now looking at the correct version in the first post, yes?

Here's how it strikes me

Great idea and very well 'arranged', nice angle of the cards maximising the creative DoF. It’s a little too 'white' for me ... I mean that I cant distinguish the edges of some of the cards so they tend to bleed together. I’d prefer a little less strength in the lighting and a bit more soft/subtle shadow. I've never done this kind of shot (so I'm probably talking out of my bottom ) but thinking about it how about a piece of (hidden from view) paper placed under the Ace & King cards just o lift them up a fraction to provide a little shadow line around their edges and altering the position of the lighting to make the best of that ….. just some ramblings off top of me ‘ead.

like he whole idea of this image

Glad you like it f18. I take your point about the edges and brightness. I have actually edited it and toned it down. I will have another go at this shot and try the paper trick you suggested. Thank you for taking the time to feedback
