Default Another one for Elf & Safety!

Photographers Comments
Took in Italy from a coach window while moving so not good quality or even sharp! But this guy was 25ft off the ground in a digger bucket with what looks like a monopod! And we cant even have egg and spoon races without a Risk Assessment!!!!?

And No hard hat .

So who is to blame the photographer himself for getting in the bucket or the digger driver for lifting him up

Instead of using a Cherry Picker, just put a pallet on the forklift forks and lift the forks up with someone on the pallet (making sure that the forks go though the pallet, as opposed to the pallet just sitting on top of the forks).
